Departamento en el malecón, Torre Central 102

We came for sun and warmth. We got plenty Positive: Nice beds close to beach everything that needed to work worked nice security more space than we needed Negative: Maintenance issues like broken blinds, broken sink support, loose veneer, peeling wall paper etc. None of which mattered to us. However, no fault of the building, party crowds gathered in the evening directly outside the apartment and competed to see who could create the loudest music. It made retiring to bed impossible. I thought this would be a relatively quiet place--not

Everything was fine, just wish it was cleaner for the price. Positive: Very nice roof top patio with amazing views of the Malecon. Very quiet on roof top. Easy to relax and read. The staff is very attentive. They have a property manager on the what’s app text who is attentive and quick to solve problems. Very secure building with 24 hour security. Extremely safe area day and night- safe to walk. Easy access to transportation, and convenience store (Oxo brand) next to entrance is handy. Modern newer building. Great AC in all rooms. Negative: Not very clean. Unfortunately the cleaning staff does the bare minimum. Tile floors looked swept not washed. Top of fridge never has been dusted or wiped - piles and clumps of dust (Which doesn’t really matter but speaks to lack of care) kitchen sink dish dryer and rags filthy. Patio slider door lock broken so just hoped nobody would access room through there. Living room couches felt old and broken. Coffee table missing its surface glass. All the windows were super thin and didn’t properly close so it’s very noisy from all the traffic, esp at night. Bring ear plugs. I will go elsewhere next time.

We will stay there again!! Positive: The condo was great, it slept all 6 of us comfortably. The swimming pool was rooftop, 25th floor I believe, and the location is fantastic. Negative: Although we made due with what was there, there could have been some hand towels, face cloths, ect. A kettle, and a toaster would have been nice, but we boiled water in a pot, and toasted our bread in the oven.

súper lindo el depa y alberca de lo mejor Positive: súper limpio, las instalaciones están muy cómodas, el personal fue súper amable todo el tiempo Negative: el sillón estaba sucio
